神奈川県出身。
神奈川県を中心に、ヨガとニア（セルフヒーリング要素のあるダンスムーブメントプログラム）のクラスを担当。幅広い年齢層の方を対象にレッスンを行い、高校でもヨガのクラスを担当している。また、ハワイのホノルルにあるstill and moving centerのオンラインレッスンも担当している。クラスはゆったりと優しい内容で、自分の身体がどう感じているのかを大切にレッスンを行っている。また、身体と心がより良くなるような動き（時には休息）を自分自身で選択していく力をつけることに重点を置いている。

3歳からモダンダンスを習い始め、様々な困難があった10代にダンスに救われる。大学では心理学とヒーリングアートを学ぶ。卒業後、百貨店に勤務するも、身体と心の関係への情熱を持ち続ける。2016年に全米ヨガアライアンスRYT200時間、2021年にRYT500時間のトレーニングを修了。また、2017年よりハワイにて数回にわたりNiaのトレーニングを修了。2017年より正式にNiaの講師となる。

Yukie teaches Yoga and Nia (Nia is a self- healing dance movement program) in classes based in Kanagawa. She teaches Yoga and Nia for people in all age groups and also for high school students. In addition, she teaches via online classes in still and moving center in Honolulu Hawaii. Her class is conducted in a slow and gentle atmosphere, and emphasizes the importance how your body feels. She focuses on how to choose the movements (sometimes rest) for better body, mind and spirit.

Yukie started learning modern dance at the age of 3. During hard times in her teenage years, the dance saved her. In university she studied psychology and healing art. While she worked at a department after graduation, she continued to have passion for body and mind relationship. She completed the training certified by Yoga Alliance for RYT 200hrs in 2016 and RYT 500hrs in 2021. Also she completed her Nia Belts training in Hawaii several times since 2017. She is official Nia teacher since 2017.
