獣医師として働いていたが、妊娠・出産を機に自宅でできる仕事として翻訳を学ぶ。
実務翻訳に携わる中で体調を崩し、心身のバランスを取り戻すためにヨガを始める。
初めてのレッスンに深く感銘を受け、ヨガと共に生きる道を選ぶ。

現在はヨガレッスンのほか、機能改善や柔軟性向上を目的としたパーソナルトレーニングも実施。身体への理解を深める学びを続けている。

ヨガは世界中で愛されており、異なる環境で育った人々がヨガを通してつながることができる。
バイリンガルヨガには、そのつながりを広げる大きな可能性がある。
バイリンガルヨガを通じて、国籍や文化に関わらず人と人とがつながり、その輪（和）が広がっていくことを願っている。

I worked as a veterinarian, but after becoming pregnant and giving birth, I began studying translation as a job I could do from home.

While working on professional translation projects, I began to struggle with my health and started practicing yoga to restore balance to my body and mind.
My first yoga class deeply moved me, and I decided to live my life with yoga.

Currently, in addition to teaching yoga classes, I also provide personal training aimed at improving mobility and flexibility.
I continue to study and deepen my understanding of the body.

Yoga is loved all over the world, connecting people from different backgrounds through shared practice.
Bilingual yoga has great potential to expand these connections.
Through bilingual yoga, I hope to create a community where people can connect beyond nationality and culture,and where the circle of harmony continues to grow.
