20代の頃よりエアロビクスインストラクターとして都内フィットネスクラブを中心に指導、ヨガの指導者となった現在もその経験はそれまでヨガに縁のなかった人々への指導に繋がり、特にフィットネスクラブでは健康のために身体を鍛える事に熱心な方々へのエクササイズからヨガの魅力へと導く事に繋がり、心と身体の両方にアプローチするヨガの素晴らしさを伝えることに喜びと感謝の日々。

東京生まれ、カナダ人の夫とボストンテリアのVicki ♀ 、保護猫のJojo ♂ と吉祥寺に暮らす。
カナダ帰省中に迷子になってしまったVickiを連日100名を超えるボランティアの大捜索の協力によって奇跡的に9日後に無事保護！！この感動的な出来事に深く感銘を受け2020年東京オリンピックでは大会ボランティアとして世界の人々に日本のおもてなしを伝える事を楽しみしている。

Miho started her career as an aerobics instructor her 20’s. That experience helped a lot in her transition into teaching yoga. She feels that especially those who come to fitness clubs need a combination of both physical health and mind stillness. Miho finds joy in teaching how wonderful yoga is!

Miho was born in Tokyo and is presently living in Kichijoji with her Canadian husband; Vicki, a Boston Terrier; and Jojo, a cat Vicki found on the back streets of Kichijoji.

Once while visiting Canada, Vicki had the unfortunate experience of getting lost. Over 100 selfless people came to help in her search. Finally after 9 days Vicki was reunited with her family. This experience touched Miho greatly and inspired her to volunteer for the upcoming 2020 Tokyo Olympics. She is really looking to meeting people from all over the world and showing them Japanese hospitality.
